Wholesale Manager
As a Wholesale Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue, developing and implementing effective strategic plans, increasing market share and building and maintaining key relationships. The main objective will be in expanding our brand’s presence and nurturing key partnerships.
This role requires someone who is passionate about beauty, building lasting relationships with a go-getter attitude! The role is on-site at our office in Stockholm and on a full-time basis. We would love for you to start as soon as possible.
What you will do at a glance
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and support
- Identify opportunities for growth within accounts and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Analyze account performance, market trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and deliverables
- Coordinate and lead regular meetings with wholesale accounts to review performance, visual brand experience and align on future plans
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize mutual value and establish strong, collaborative partnerships
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Sweed's values and products with passion and integrity
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build relationships
What you should possess to excel in this role
- Proven experience as a Wholesale Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- You excel at building and nurturing relationships, with a knack for understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- You have a strategic mindset, capable of developing and executing plans that drive growth and profitability.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- You are motivated by achieving targets, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and a proactive approach to getting things done.
- You have a passion for the beauty industry and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret data
