We're seeking an Influencer Marketing Assistant to expand our brand’s presence through strategic collaborations with influencers. Your role will involve sourcing, connecting, and building meaningful relationships with content creators who align with our vision. By staying ahead of trends and bringing creative ideas to the table, you’ll play a key part in enhancing our influencer marketing efforts and growing our community. What You’ll Do

• Research and identify influencers who align with our brand values and audience.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Coordinate product gifting and PR send-outs, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing.
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance our influencer marketing efforts.
• Evaluate potential influencers to ensure alignment with the brand and track campaign performance.
• Maintain a sharp understanding of the social media landscape to identify new opportunities and talent.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
• Organizational and time management abilities, adept at handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Sense of service, curiosity, optimism and empathy are essential to your success
• Product and beauty knowledge, previous experience working with beauty is a plus
• Happy taking ownership of fast-changing situations and finding ways to solve them
• An education within related fields e.g. digital media creative, content creation, visual communications, or other related fields is a plus

Location

The role is on-site at our office in Stockholm, Sweden and on a full-time basis. We would love for you to start as soon as possible.
