We’re seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to take our brand’s influencer marketing to new heights. The main responsibility will be to elevate our influencer marketing campaigns aimed at strengthening our brand awareness as well as expanding our online reach and online sales.

The main objective will be to manage our international influencer partnerships, ensuring target group relevance while always striving to continuously build our brand ambassador program with the right influencers.

This role requires love for beauty, relationship management and social media networks and communities.

What You'll Do

You are responsible for the development and operational activities of our influencer marketing and will be working on campaigns mainly for Instagram and TikTok

With your know-how, you will be able to identify relevant influencers and trends for our brand and win them over as brand ambassadors for us

Supporting and maintaining contact with influencers as a daily to-do is very easy for you due to your open character and proactive approach

By assisting in the planning and implementation of international influencer collaboration, you will ensure that target groups are addressed in a target group-specific manner, including events and campaigns

You take over the complete monitoring of the collaborations, create reports and independently derive recommendations for action in relation to current projects

You are an essential part of our ongoing influencer gifting project

You support the team with PR mailings and send outs

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in influencer performance marketing

You have a deep understanding of the influencer scene and have already been able to build many influencer relationships on the corporate or agency side during your professional career

Your keen interest in influencer-related topics, beauty, fashion, styling and photography gives you a feel for trends at all times and you always have an eye on the latest developments

Your high online affinity and your experience in dealing with all common social media networks and online communities, especially Instagram and TikTok, make it easy for you to network and prepare KPIs

With your excellent English skills, you'll be able to convince our influencers across Europe and the USA that we're the right brand to work with

Your strength lies in relationship management and you have excellent analytical skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

You are the perfect combination of creative and organizational talent and have a great passion for beauty trends

You have made your first experiences within PR and are able to maintain a good relation with journalists and editors
