E-Commerce Manager
Are you a strategic and hands-on e-commerce professional ready to take full ownership of digital sales across multiple channels? At Sweed, we’re looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our e-commerce ecosystem – from our website to TikTok Shop, marketplaces, and emerging platforms.
About the role
As E-commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full digital sales journey across all platforms. You’ll own channel strategy, optimize conversion, improve user experience, and drive growth through data-driven decisions. Working cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and external partners, you’ll ensure a seamless and scalable e-commerce experience aligned with our brand goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage performance and growth across website, TikTok Shop, and other digital sales channels.
- Optimize UX, conversion funnels, and customer journeys using tools like A/B testing and behavior analytics.
- Lead the implementation of new features, tools, and technologies to enhance the e-commerce experience.
- Own digital merchandising, site structure, and cross-/upselling strategies.
- Ensure all channels align with our brand and business goals.
- Collaborate on launch plans, campaigns, and retention strategies.
- Analyze KPIs and customer data to identify opportunities and drive action.
About you
- 3–5 years in a similar e-commerce role, preferably across multiple channels.
- Strong grasp of digital commerce, UX, analytics, and customer behavior.
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and solution-oriented.
- Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Centra, Storyblok, and TikTok Shop is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Location
The role is on-site at our office in Stockholm and on a full-time basis. We would love for you to start as soon as possible.
