The role
This role is the operational and quality backbone of our B2B organization.
As Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that our products, content, and retail execution are accurate, aligned, and compliant with Sweed’s brand standards – across all partners and markets.
You work closely with Key Account Management, Marketing, and Operations, and report directly to the COO. This is a role for someone who thrives in structure, detail, and ownership.
Key responsibilities
B2B master data & sales assets
Product files, Pricelists and customer-specific assortments
Ensure accuracy, control, and timely updates for all B2B partners
Coordinate, adapt and quality-check all sales assets provided to retailers
Retail & brand compliance: Ensure correct brand representation across retail and e-commerce channels
Conduct regular retail audits (online and physical)
B2B Order & Invoice management
Identify, document and follow up on retail issues and deviations
Coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and external partners
Manage and follow up on external agencies performing store visits in international markets
POS, campaigns & launch readiness
Track execution status and flag risks early
Support Key Account Managers with readiness status ahead of customer meetings
Internal coordination & structure
Act as the operational interface between Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables and priorities
Own internal SLA definitions and follow-up related to B2B deliveries
Coordinate cross-functional B2B projects (e.g. retail tools, merchandise, guidelines)
Weekly & monthly Reporting & escalation
Who you are
2–5 years of experience in roles within B2B Sales, Retail Operations or Trade Marketing
Experience from beauty, premium consumer brands, retail or wholesale
Strong attention to detail and a natural sense for structure and quality
Confidence in working cross-functionally
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Comfort working with multiple markets and stakeholders
You enjoy creating order, preventing issues before they happen, and being the person who ensures things are done right – not just fast.
Fluent in business English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are considered a strong merit.
