Key Account Manager
Sweed is scaling globally and looking for a Key Account Manager to own key partnerships, drive profitable growth and help build the commercial structure behind an international beauty brand.

The role
This is a commercial ownership role, not a traditional sales support or relationship-only position. As Key Account Manager, you are responsible for driving profitable growth across our accounts through structured planning, forecasting and execution. You own the commercial agenda for your customers and work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, readiness and long-term success. You report directly to the COO and are a key contributor to Sweed’s continued international expansion.
Key responsibilities
Commercial ownership
Full P&L-like responsibility for assigned key accounts
Drive net sales growth in line with budget and margin targets
Identify growth opportunities, risks and required actions per account
Planning & forecasting
Annual Business Plans with key partners
Build and maintain quarterly and monthly forecasts (volume, value, mix)
Ensure high forecast accuracy and forward-looking planning (3–6 months)
Plan and lead campaigns and product launches
Lead monthly customer meetings
Act as the primary commercial contact towards retailers and distributors
Drive alignment, expectations and long-term partnership value
KPI ownership & follow-up

Who you are
4–7 years of experience in roles such as: Key Account Manager Senior Account Manager Commercial Manager
Experience from beauty, premium consumer brands, retail or wholesale
Strong analytical and planning skills – you are comfortable with numbers, forecasts and KPIs
A structured and proactive way of working
Confidence in customer-facing roles and internal stakeholder management
The ability to balance commercial drive with long-term brand value
You enjoy ownership, clarity and being measured on results – not just activity.
You are a confident and approachable relationship builder who creates trust quickly. You are commercially sharp, yet easy to work with – someone our customers enjoy partnering with and rely on over time.
