Education Lead - MUA
Join Sweed as Education Lead and shape makeup artistry, retail training and brand standards across global markets — driving confidence, sales and standout customer experiences.
📍 Stockholm, Sweden | Full-time
About the Role
Sweed Beauty is looking for an Education Lead to take our brand and product training strategy across international retail, distributor, and agent partners. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes makeup artistry, but who also knows how to sell, run a project, manage events, and make sure the brand looks flawless at every touchpoint in store.
You'll be the bridge between our product and commercial teams and the people on the ground selling and demonstrating our brand — from retail counters to press events and pop-ups across the globe.
What You'll Do
Design and deliver makeup artistry and product training programs for retail staff, distributors, and brand ambassadors
Train and coach retail teams not just on technique, but on how to sell — driving conversion, upsell, and customer experience at counter
Own the in-store visual standard for the brand — merchandising, POS materials, counter presentation — ensuring consistency across all doors and markets
Build structured onboarding and ongoing education content (in-person and digital) for new and existing markets
Plan and manage the logistics of training rollouts, launches, and in-store events — timelines, budgets, materials, and travel
Act as a hands-on makeup artist for key events, press days, and VIP activations when needed
Partner with commercial and marketing teams to align education content and in-store execution with campaign and launch calendars
Track and report on training effectiveness, sales impact, and in-store execution quality
What We're Looking For
Background as a professional makeup artist, with strong technical skill and product knowledge
Proven sales ability — comfortable training others on selling techniques, not just application
An eye for visual merchandising and brand presentation in a retail environment
Experience in a project management, events, or coordination role — you know how to plan, organize, and execute against a timeline
Comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and retail teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident training and inspiring others
Willingness to travel internationally
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
